To provide excellent service when we are in France or Europe researching barges or on vacation, we may ask another barge cruise specialist to contact you to provide information on barge cruise availability and help with bookings. We reply promptly to clients we are actively working with, even when away from the office.

In the event we sell the business or assets, we may disclose your contact information and booking history to the buyer of such business or assets.

To ensure internet security, we ask that you mail or call your credit card number to us so it is not transmitted over the internet. This is for your protection against identity theft in the event our email account or computers are compromised. All credit card information is destroyed after your barge cruise.
